How a project runs

From work order to handover, and after.

The same sequence applies to an OT fit-out, a pipeline or an oxygen plant, whether it is new or is being restored.

  1. Site survey

    Measure the site, study the drawings or record the faults on existing equipment.

  2. Design and quotation

    An itemised offer and schedule to match the tender or work order.

  3. Supply and installation

    Material delivered to site and installed by our own team.

  4. Testing and commissioning

    Air counts, gas purity, pressure and alarm checks, then a signed handover.

  5. CAMC

    Preventive visits, breakdown cover and operators on site under an annual contract.

Frequently asked questions

What does SITC mean for hospital projects?

SITC stands for supply, installation, testing and commissioning. We deliver the equipment, install it with our own team, test it and hand it over in working order. We take on SITC for modular operation theatres, medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS) and PSA oxygen plants.

Do you maintain oxygen plants that another company installed?

Yes. Most of the PSA oxygen plants under our CAMC were installed by other firms, including PM CARES and DRDO plants and L&T and Ozcan makes, with capacities from 160 to 1,500 LPM.

Which states do you work in?

Our current contracts cover Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Tripura. Over the years we have also worked in Ladakh, Bihar, Karnataka, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and Chandigarh.
