UNISSI repairs PSA oxygen plants that have stopped, trip, or no longer hold purity, whoever made them. We have restored PM CARES and DRDO plants and repaired L&T, Ozcan, Oxymat and Oxywise plants from 160 to 1,500 LPM, in hospitals from Kashmir to Assam and Rajasthan.

Oxygen plant repair questions
Can you repair an oxygen plant that another company installed?
Yes. Most plants we repair were installed by other firms. We have worked on PM CARES and DRDO plants and on L&T, Ozcan, Oxymat and Oxywise makes, from 160 LPM to 1,500 LPM.
Why does a PSA oxygen plant lose purity?
The usual causes are moisture or oil reaching the zeolite because the dryer or filters are not working, a switching valve that sticks so the towers stop alternating, the hospital drawing more than the plant's rated flow, or a faulty oxygen analyser. We check each of these before replacing anything expensive.
Can you restore a plant that has not run for a long time?
Yes. We have restored plants that stood idle, including the 1,000 LPM PM CARES DRDO plant No. 3 at GMC Rajouri. We survey the plant, list what must be repaired or replaced, and hand it over only after it holds purity at rated flow.
Do you offer a maintenance contract after the repair?
Yes. Most of our repairs lead into a CMC, often with operators on site, so the plant does not stop again. This is how our NHM Assam and Jammu & Kashmir contracts run.
