Oxygen plant CAMC and repair in Assam
Every NHM plant repaired, then kept running.
UNISSI repaired and now maintains 30 oxygen generation plants at NHM Assam hospitals, from Tinsukia and Dhemaji in Upper Assam to Haflong and Hailakandi in the south. We also look after the plant at FAAMCH Barpeta, the medical gas pipeline at Barpeta Cancer Centre, and the power supply that plant rooms depend on.

Which hospitals in Assam does UNISSI maintain oxygen plants for?
Under NHM Assam we maintain oxygen generation plants at civil, district, model and sub-divisional hospitals including Biswanath, Bongaigaon, Nagaon, Baksa, Dhemaji, Golaghat, Haflong, Hamren, Hojai, Sonitpur, Tinsukia, Mangaldoi, Morigaon, Rangia, Singimari, Kokrajhar, Hatsingimari, Sivasagar, Hailakandi, Sonapur, Sonari, Sribhumi and Titabor. We also hold the oxygen plant CMC at Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College, Barpeta.
Were the NHM Assam plants repaired before the CMC started?
Yes. Each of the 30 NHM plants first had a one-time repair to bring it back to rated purity and flow, and then moved into comprehensive maintenance. Hospitals with two plants, such as Bongaigaon, Singimari and LGB Civil Hospital Tinsukia, have both covered.
Do you also handle medical gas pipelines and power for oxygen plants in Assam?
Yes. We hold the MGPS CMC for Barpeta Cancer Centre (Assam Cancer Care Foundation) and are installing a 150 kVA servo stabilizer for the oxygen plant at Haflong Civil Hospital, Dima Hasao.
Do you work in other North East states?
Yes. We have repaired the 1,000 LPM L&T oxygen plant at GB Pant Hospital, Agartala, and worked at Civil Hospital, Aizawl and the Air Force Hospitals at Jorhat and Hashimara.
